Our 55+ Residential Living Community was built to be a quiet and peaceful area for people to live in without the disruptions of young kids having their fun times just outside of your window. Even though we are a 55+ community we are allowed to have a small number of residents under 55 as long as there are no children under the age of 18 living in the house.
OUR RENTALS PROGRAM
ONE BEDROOM
We have four one bedroom units that will make you feel right at home with a minimum of work to keep it clean. About 600 Sq Ft of peaceful easy living.
TWO BEDROOM
We have a few two bedroom two bath units available from time to time. We don't have vacancies very often and when we do they are usually rented very quickly.
THREE BEDROOM
We have many three bedroom units in Stonewood that are about 1200 Sq Ft. Three bedroom two bath units with great layouts. Very livable with Built in laundry areas ready for your appliances to be hooked up and put to work.
When you move into Stonewood and start to enjoy the peace and tranquility of our community, the safety of living in one of the best areas of Lufkin you will feel right at home. Most people stay for many years so we have very few vacancies and when we do they usually get leased very quicky.
